Galisteo Inn, an intimate boutique hotel, specializes in hosting and designing tailor-made occasions for up to 125 people. The Inn is located only 23 miles south of Santa Fe in the most tranquil, rural setting far from the madding crowds.

Thursdays

This initial introduction will give you an idea of the services and basic charges at the Galisteo Inn. After your site visit, we will prepare an event specific quote. The whole occasion will be customized to match your vision and budget.

Wedding and Event Services:

Event Planning, with or without a professional event planner

Private dining room with outdoor patio for up to 60

Fully licensed year round for either Host or no Host bar

Outstanding in-house champagne & wine selection

Full kitchen under resident Executive Chef to design your menu,
appetizers & table settings and pair your wines

High Season (May 1st to September 30th) guest event capacity of
80 guests (tent rental required)

Low Season (October 1st to April 30th) 40 to 60 guest capacity
(depending on event setup)

Network of qualified Galisteo Inn suppliers - flowers, cakes,
musicians, photographers, celebrants and other specialized services

Bed and continental breakfast for up to 24 people are included
for one or two nights, depending on the date and time of year

General Rates for the exclusive use of the facility for your private event:

High Season May 1 through October 31

Weekends

Friday or Saturday:
$6300. (Book both nights - $9000.)

Saturday:
$6300. (Book Saturday and Sunday - $9000.)

Sunday:
$4000. (Book Sunday and Monday - $5500.)

Mid week

Monday through Thursday:
$2000. (Book two weeknights - $3500.)

Low Season - November 1 through April 30

Weekend:

Friday or Saturday:
$2500. (Book both nights for $4500.)

Saturday:
$2500. (Book Saturday and Sunday - $4500.)

Sundays:
$2000. (Book Sunday and Monday - $3000.)

Mid-week

Monday through Thursday:
$1750. (Book two weeknights - $2750.)

Food and Beverages:

Food and beverage services will be calculated and quoted on a cost per head basis after you have made your selections with our Chef.

All rates are subject to local taxes and gratuities and will be reflected in the all-inclusive quote.
